  • Emergency Contact details
  • Medical history/information
  • Doctor’s contact details
  • Horse(s) information
  • Vet information
  • Farrier information
  • Car/Lorry/Trailer registration details

We require this information for our internal record keeping and will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties. The Club will hold this information for the period of membership and no longer than 12 months.  Please note that personal data held by BRC is held for no more than 3 years beyond the lifetime of the membership.

On occasion, we may send promotional emails with special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided.

You may wish wish to opt out of any communication from Bromsgrove & District Riding Club by contacting a Committee Member directly.
